Timon is a biologist, psychologist, and pilgrim at heart. His path weaves together science and spirit, inner inquiry and lived experience. With a background in psychology (MSc) and a deep grounding in embodiment and nervous system regulation, he accompanies people into a more intimate relationship with themselves, others, and life.

Grounded in trauma-informed care and embodiment practice, Timon supports people in reconnecting with their inner landscape and discovering new ways of meeting life. He is particularly attuned to the subtle language of the nervous system and the transformative potential that unfolds when safety, presence, and authenticity come into the room. For him, relating is not a concept but a living field – relational, collective, emergent.

In group spaces, Timon brings steadiness and sensitivity to the shared container. He cares for the group field with warmth and clarity, honoring each person’s uniqueness while gently inviting deeper contact – with oneself, with others, and with the mystery that moves between us.

His work is rooted in holistic sensemaking and relational wayfinding. Rather than offering fixed answers, he walks alongside others in a spirit of exploration, trusting that new experience opens the human spirit and reveals unexpected depth.

Based in Zurich and occasionally traveling, Timon continues to live his path as both guide and fellow explorer – in service of spaces where genuine encounter and heartfelt transformation can unfold.
